What data we process

Only the data you give me: when you book and pay, your name, email address, phone number and number of places; when you write to me on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email, whatever you choose to tell me. Card and other payment details are handled directly by Stripe; I never see them.

What we use it for

To manage your booking, send you information about the workshop or event and reply to your messages. I do not send advertising and I do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Performance of the booking contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the messages you send me, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long we keep it

As long as needed to manage your booking and, after that, for the period required by tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing) and Cloudflare (website hosting) process data on my behalf; Stripe also acts as an independent controller for fraud prevention and its own legal obligations (see its privacy policy). Both companies may process data outside the European Economic Area, in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. I do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores one technical cookie, “lang”, when you choose a language, to remember your choice. Fonts are served from this same site and no third-party content is loaded.
